TNL Extends Condolences And Solidarity To Konyak Brethren

The Tangkhul Naga Long (TNL) on behalf of the entire Tangkhul Naga community conveyed heartfelt condolences to the Konyak Naga community and to the bereaved families, in the wake of recent catastrophic landslides. As a token of prayerful support, TNL has also sent Rs. 1,00,000/- to the Konyak brethren.

Eno. Sword Vashum, President, Tangkhul Naga Long in his letter addressed to Eno. K. Yamao, President, Konyak Union stated that “for and behalf of the entire Tangkhul Naga community do hereby convey our heartfelt condolences to the Konyak Naga community and to the bereaved families in particular who have suffered loss of loved and dear ones in the wake of recent catastrophic landslides.

“We assure you of our prayer support for our Konyak brethren who have had to suffer such unspeakable losses in terms of lives and properties.

“As a token of our prayerful support in this time of tragedy that has befallen our Konyak brethren, we are sending herewith a small amount of Rs. 1,00000/-(one lakh) only.

“We continue to uphold you in our prayers. May the good Lord be ever gracious to our Konyak brethren” added the letter.
