Government of the People’s Republic of Nagalim, Provisional Government, Mt. Horeb has alleged that the drone attack on 11 October 2026 was carried out by the Indian Army.
The press statement issued by Media & Publicity Cell Provisional Government, NSCN/GPRN on 24 October 2026, stated that “the drone strike conducted upon Mt. Horeb in the pre-dawn hours of 11th October, 2026 between 2:40 to 4:30AM was undertaken by the Indian Army, which presents itself as among the largest standing forces in the world.
“The intent behind this assault was evident to eliminate the sons and daughters of the soil who have stood unwavering for the sovereignty of Nagalim. Such desperation portrays the weakness of the occupier, not the strength of the patriot. The Provisional Government shall not waver before threats of force or forward strikes. Our march towards the restoration of Nagalim sovereignty continues undeterred. This attack has deepened our commitment to the Naga sacred cause. So long as breath remains in our bodies, we shall not forsake the Naga people and those responsible shall answer for their actions.
“The Provisional Government bears the solemn responsibility of resisting the illegal occupation of Nagalim by India. We shall continue to lay bare before the world the uncivilized conduct of the Indian Government and its collaborators in Nagalim.
“We appeal to the International Community to confront the terrorism sponsored by the Indian Government in Nagalim. We appeal to the United Nations to give serious attention to the situation unfolding in peace-loving Nagalim. How can a country such as India which has consistently shown disregards for International law and Human Rights be considered for permanent membership of the Security Council?
“As the scripture of Ecclesiastes declares, there is a time for everything and a time for every purpose the Nagas shall not remain under forceful Indian occupation indefinitely. Our living God, who protects us will deliver Nagalim for His glory. The Provisional Government appeals to every citizen of Nagalim to remain resolute, united and uphold our sovereign rights” added the press statement issued by the Media & Publicity Cell, Provisional Government, NSCN/GPRN.
