The Wung Tangkhul Region (WTR) on Monday destroyed seized items of heroin, drugs, local made liquor and Indian made foreign liquor at their office compound at Ukhrul Headquarters.
The destroyed items include 3 soap cases of heroin, local made liquor, Indian made foreign liquor, beer, alprazolam and daizipam.
The WTR Officer informed that “the drive against illegal narcotic trade will continue and any individual indulging in such a business will be strictly dealt with.”
