Revocation of Termination & Reinstatement of Lieut. Gen. (Retd.) HS. Ramsan

The Yaruiwo, Government of the People’s Republic of Nagalim on 12 August 2025, has issued a statement regarding revocation of termination and reinstatement of Lieut. Gen. (Retd.) HS. Ramsan (VC), former Executive Member, Steering Committee and lifting of previous restrictions imposed on him.

The statement issued by Yaruiwo of NSCN/GPRN, Q. Tuccu reads, “whereas, Lieut. Gen. (Retd) Hs. Ramsan-VC, former Executive Member, Steering Committee (EMSC), was terminated from active national service vide Memo No. 09/NSCN/GPRN/ORD-13/YO/24 for non-adherence with council directives and association with organizations deemed anti-Naga national.

“And whereas, following his positive response to the General Amnesty Proclamation and tendered apology to the Government, I, the Yaruiwo, hereby revoke the termination order effective from 12th August 2025.

“Wherefore, Lieut. Gen. (Retd) Hs. Ramsan-VC is re-instated to his former position as Executive Member, Steering Committee (EMSC) with immediate effect. All previous restrictions imposed on him are hereby lifted.

“By the authority vested in me, this order is effective immediately.”
