NPP Held Consultation With Various CSOs and Displaced Community In Imphal

The National People’s Party (NPP) held a consultative meeting with various civil organisations and representatives of various displaced communities at Classic Grande, Imphal.

Sources informed that National President of NPP, Conrad Sangma who is also the Chief Minister of Meghalaya along with his Central NPP Team and NPP State Executive Team had a significant meeting with the delegation of COCOMI, COCOMI Women’s Wing, FOCS, Imagi Meira among others.

The team also had a consultation with the United Naga Council, (UNC), All Naga Students Union Association Manipur (ANSAM), Naga Women’s Union (NWU) and Naga People’s Movement for Human Right (NPMHR) on Thursday at Classic Grande, Imphal.

Conrad Sangma had shared in social media “held consultations with various organizations in Imphal today. Our effort is to understand concerns from the grassroots level and work with all stakeholders as a team to be part of the journey in ensuring peace and stability in Manipur.”

Conrad Sangma and the team also met with representatives of various displaced communities in Imphal. “Engage in meaningful consultations with civil society organisations and concerned individuals. Our aim is to listen, understand, and address the unresolved issues affecting the state” stated Conrad Sangma.

The NPP remains firmly committed to working alongside the people of Manipur to foster peace, harmony, and lasting progress.

The consultation was also attended by Yumnam Joykumar Singh, Former Deputy CM Manipur, MLA Sheikh Noorul Hassan, Dr. Lorho Pfoze, National General Secretary, NPP among others.
