Manipur Minorities & OBC Economic Development Society (MOBEDS), Manipur – an Autonomous Body under MA/OBC & SC Department, Govt. of Manipur, has issued a notification on 8 August 2025 inviting applications for interested students belonging to minority communities of the state for admission to 6 Months Free Remedial Coaching Programme for the year 2024-25 & backlog 2023-24 (200 students).
To be implemented by Manipur Minorities & OBC Economic Development Society (MOBEDS) with the financial assistance of the Department of Minority Affairs, Government of Manipur through the empaneled Coaching Centers/Institutes.
Coaching will be imparted in the following subjects for a duration of 6 months:
Pre-Matric (Classes VIII-X): English, Mathematics and Science.
Post-Matric (Classes XI-XII): English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology
Prescribed application form can be downloaded from the websites www.manipur.gov.in and www.manipurminority.gov.in
Duly filled in application forms may be e-mailed to rcmobeds2025@gmail.com or may be physically submitted to the Office of the Member Secretary/MOBEDS, 1st Floor, Secure Office Building, South Wing, A.T. Line, North AOC, Imphal.
The last date of form submission is fixed on 22nd August, 2025.

4. Two passport size photographs.
The coaching classes are intended to provide Remedial Coaching to students performing poorly in their exams. Selection of students will be on the basis of income level of family and norms as notified.
The above Remedial Coaching classes will be conducted in 12 coaching centres (7-Pre Matric and -Post Matric) from amongst the Empaneled Institutes. The list of Empaneled Institutes are:
