The Yaruiwo of the Government of the People’s Republic Of Nagalim on 2 October 2025 issued an ordinance proclaiming that the GPRN will honour the age-old traditional practices of dispute settlement, and no review of such judgment will be allowed within Nagalim.

The ordinace signed by Yaruiwo, Q. Tuccu stated that “I, the Yaruiwo, after taking due cognizance of the rampant increase in appeals for review of cases that have been settled by age-old traditional practices of invoking “Divine Judgment”, because of want of evidential proof; hereby declares:

1. That, no such cases/disputes shall be allowed to be renewed or reviewed within Nagalim.

2. That, Naga tribes practice diverse ways of invoking upon Divine Judgment, be it, water immersion ordeal, biting tiger’s tooth, drinking soiled water or whatever practices followed; the verdict of which shall be final and binding, no man shall put asunder such judgments

3. That, GPRN will respect and honor all verdicts of the Apex Tribal body/Court conducted through Divine Judgments.
