Conrad K. Sangma, National President of National People’s Party (NPP) on Wednesday appointed Dr. Lorho S. Pfoze as the National Secretary of NPP for the tenure 2025-2028.
“In exercise of power conferred upon me as National President of the National People’s Party (NPP) under Article 11 of the Constitution of NPP, Dr. Lorho S. Pfoze is hereby appointed as the National Secretary of the National People’s Party for the tenure 2025-2028” stated the notification issued by Conrad K. Sangma on 17 September 2025.
Dr. Lorho S. Pfoze, former Member of Parliament from Outer Manipur tendered his resignation from Naga People’s Front (NPF) on 11 September 2025. He formally joined the National People’s Party (NPP) at a function held at the party headquarters in Shillong on 16 September 2025.
