TNZL Bans Movement Of Hawkers In Their Jurisdiction

The Tangkhul Naga Zingtun Longphang (TNZL) – the apex civil organisation of the Western Tangkhul has completely banned the movement of any hawkers in their jurisdiction.

The Secretary of the Tangkhul Naga Zingtun Longphang, Chihanshok Langkham on Monday issued a notification stating that “as per the resolution taken on 21 August 2025 during the Half Yearly Assembly of TNZL, Vide Resolution No. 1 – the movement of any hawkers within the jurisdiction of TNZL is completely banned with immediate effect.”

The notifications were served to all the villages under TNZL and also instructed the villages for strict implementation of the notification.
