7th Edition of HIDSAM From 6-11 October at Ukhrul Headquarters

The most awaited Hilll Districts sports tournament is back after a gap of 4 years. Ukhrul District Sports Association (UDSA) will host the 7th edition of Hill Districts Sports Association Manipur (HIDSAM) 2025 at Ukhrul Headquarters from 6-11 October 2025. During the tournament, election for the HIDSAM Executive Committee for the tenure 2025-2029 will also be held.

District Sports Association (DSA) have been requested to submit their players list for men’s football and women’s volleyball on or before 25 September 2025 at UDSA Office, Wino Bazaar, Ukhrul. Managers meeting for mens football and women’s volleyball will be held on 6 October 2025 at UDSA Office at 3:00pm and fixture for the tournaments wiill be made on the same day.

Each District Sports Association (DSA) can depute 18 players + 4 officers for mens football team, 10 players + 2 officers for women’s volleyball team and 2 representatives from each DSA.

The DSA of Chandel, Tamenglong, Senapati, Noney are requested to depute one football referee each and 2 referee from Ukhrul to officiate and conduct the said tournament. All the referees are directed to contact W. Kashung of UDSA, the Match Commissioner of the tournament.

The prizes for the 7th HIDSAM are:

Men’s Football

Winner : Rs. 2 Lakh

Runners up- Rs. 1 Lakh

Rs. 2000 each for individual awards:

Best Player

Top Scorer

Best Goalkeeper

Best Defender

Best Midfielder

Women’s Volleyball

Winner – 60000

Runners Up- 30000

Rs. 2000 each for individual awards:

Best Spiker

Best Player

The BEST DISCIPLINE TEAM award will carry Rs. 20000.

DSAs has been directed to enlist only a bonafide citizen of their respective district in the players list. Aadhaar copy should be enclosed for necessary verification.
