The Institute of Cooperative Management (ICM) Imphal on Tuesday organised a one day capacity building programme for LAMPS (Large Area Multipurpose Cooperative Society Ltd.) at DRDA Hall, Mini Secretariat Complex, Ukhrul.
Under New Initiatives of the Ministry of Cooperation Government of India, the one day capacity building programme was organised for the newly formed LAMPS (Large Area Multipurpose Cooperative Society Ltd.) of Ukhrul and Kamjong Districts.
Altogether 50 members from LAMPS operating at Ukhrul and Kamjong Districts participated in the training programme. The training programme was organized to give insight knowledge on maintenance of a society record and book keeping and how to take up a business under LAMPS etc.
The training programme was attended by Khoichung Rangamlian Aimol Director ICM, Imphal, A.S. Yangmila Mary District Cooperative Officer, Ukhrul Ningkhanngam Vashum Sub-Registrar Cooperative Societies, Ukhrul and Rinchuipan Zingkhai Inspector Cooperative Societies Ukhrul.
