Ukhrul Body Builders Shines At 63rd Mr. Manipur 2025

The bodybuilders from Ukhrul District shines at the 63rd edition of Mr. Manipur 2025, jointly organised by All Manipur Body Builders Association (AMBBA) and MUSU held on 13-14 December 2025 at Auditorium Hall, Manipur University, Imphal.

Phila Yangya of Paorei Village, Ukhrul District was declared the New Champion of Women’s Bodybuilding 2025 and Thashim Pheirei of Phungcham village, Ukhrul District was declared the 2nd position.

In the Women’s Model Physique, Chingri Khapai of Hungpung got 3rd place.

In the 55kg Junior Category, Naorithem Khapudang of Langli village got 3rd place, Ngachon Kazingmei of Lunghar village got 5th place and Themngawor Chiphang of Hunphun got 6th place.

In the 69kg Junior Category, Ngashingpam Ragui of Hunphun got 5th place. MV Francis of Chadong Village got 4th place in the Master Category above 50 years.

The achievement is a great landmark for the body builders and people of Ukhrul district. The body builders are trained at Royal Gym, Ukhrul.

A total of 15 body builders from Ukhrul represented in the 63rd Mr. Manipur 2025. The achievers are:
1.Phila Yanga of Paorei Village – Champion of Women’s Bodybuilding
2.Thashim Pheirei of Phungcham Village. – 2nd place in Women’s Bodybuilding
3.Chingri Khapai of Kazipphung Village – 3rd place in Women’s Model Physique
4.Francis MV of Chadong Village – 4th place in Master above 50yrs Category
5.Naorithem Khapudang of R.Langli Village – 3rd place in Jr.55kg
6.Sochan Kazingmei of Lunghar Village – 5th place in 55kg Jr.
7.Pihimas M of Yairipok – 5th place in Sr.55kg
8.Naorithem Khapudang of R.Langli village – 3rd place in Sr.55kg
9.Mishap Khapai of Hungpung Village. – 4th place in Sr.65kg
