HKL Elects New Executives For The Tenure 2025-2027

The Hunphun Katamnao Long (HKL) elected their new Executive Council for tenure 2025-27 on Saturday at Awontang Community Hall.

The Election Commission of HKL informed that “in a democratic franchise exercised by student/youth representatives of 28 recognized tang of Ukhrul/Hunphun the following leaders have been elected as executive members of Hunphun Katamnao Long for office tenure 2025-2027:

1. Thotdharrin Shingnaisui, President

2. Rinjuiyo Raleng, Vice President

3. Soyaphi Shaiza, General Secretary

4. Chuisang Shaiza, Joint Secretary

5. Chipemmi Shingnaisui, Finance Secretary

6. Tharmi Raleng, Games & Sports Secretary

7. Ngaranring Ragui, Social & Culture Secretary

8. Zingvap Sareo, Publicity & Information Secretary

9. Wungyao A. Samshok, Treasurer

10. Jewelson Shaiza, Election Secretary

11. Jessica Raleng, Education, Literary & Statistics Secretary

Hunphun Katamnao Long plays a pivotal role in maintaining peace and tranquility in Ukhrul Headquarters with their main focus on education.
