Government of India Invites UNC For Crucial Meeting At New Delhi

Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, North East Division/NE-I(A) Section, North Block, New Delhi has invited United Naga Council (UNC) for a meeting at New Delhi on 26 August 2025 at 11:00am.

AK. Mishra (Advisor North East) on Wednesday has written a missive for a meeting at New Delhi with the team of United Naga Council.

General Secretary of UNC, Vareiyo Shatsang informed Rural Post, “we will table and discuss at tomorrow’s meeting of UNC.” Sources informed that UNC and team will positively response and travel to New Delhi for the said meeting.

The invitation for meeting is an outcome of UNC memorandum submitted to Government of India on 22 July 2025.
