ARMS Incorporation, a Japanese-based company, successfully concluded a two-day job orientation program in Ukhrul district on July 24-25, 2025. The program, attended by students from Pettigrew College and Sentinel College, aimed to inform the youth about job prospects in Japan through the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP).
Bursanen Jamir, Director of External Affairs, and Bonny Zho, HR Counselor Poumai, interacted with the students, highlighting the benefits of working in Japan and the importance of gaining international exposure. With over 200 Naga youths already sent to Japan through the TITP, ARMS Incorporation’s bases in Dimapur and Senapati serve as a testament to the company’s commitment to bridging the gap between Naga youth and global job opportunities.
The speakers encouraged the students to explore opportunities beyond local boundaries, emphasizing the significance of global experience in today’s competitive world. During their visit, Jamir and Zho also met with the Deputy Commissioner of Ukhrul, apprising him of the company’s initiatives and programs, and fostering greater collaboration and understanding between the company and local authorities.
The program was well-received by the students, who appreciated the opportunity to gain insights into international job opportunities and the company’s initiatives.
