The handing and taking charge program of the Convener, Steering Committee, NSCN and Kilo Secretary of NSCN took place at Hebron on Monday.
MIP -NSCN/GPRN informed that Ino. Mozamo Ngullie is the new Convener of the Steering Committee, NSCN. He replaces Maj. Hutovi Chishi (Retd.) CLM.
Joseph Lotha replaces Qhetoyi A Swunas as the new Kilo Secretary of NSCN.
The handing-over and charge-taking ceremony for the office of Kilo Secretary, was held with due ceremony and attendance by departmental colleagues and community representatives.
The Outgoing Secretary Ino. Qhetoyi A. Swu formally handed over duties and responsibilities to Incoming Secretary Ino. Joseph Lotha. The ceremony recognised Secretary Swu’ s contributions during his tenure and welcomed Secretary Lotha as the new head of the Kilo Secretariat.
The Secretariat extends its gratitude to Secretary Qhetoyi A. Swu for his leadership and service, and offers its best wishes to Secretary Joseph Lotha as he assumes office.
