One death and three seriously injured in a coordinated attack carried out by suspected Kuki Militants at Langka Naga VIllage on 14 August 2026, under Saparmania Police Station, Kangpokpi District, Manipur.
Sources informed that the attack was allegedly carried out by Jangboi Kipgen of the KNF along with cadres of the KRA. However, we are still waiting for more information in this regard.

Sources informed that at around 7:30AM, the Kuki militants attacked the farmers from Langka Naga VIllage. Around 50 cadres of equipped with sophisticated weapons attack the village, leaving one death and three seriously injured.
The deceased has been identified as Wiriliangbou Chawang (28 Years). The three seriously injured have been identified as Kawidinang Abonmai (52 years) Khenthiulungbou Prinmai (45 years) and Maliangjinang Abonmai (47 years). Locals informed that all are farmers from Langka (Taniulong) Naga village, Under Saparmeina PS, Kangpokpi district. This is the third such incident that has happened in the village.
