GPRN Sumi Region Reaffirms Their Unwavering Support To The Present Collective Leadership

The Government of the People’s Republic of Nagalim -Sumi Region has reaffirmed their continued support to the present “Collective Leadership” and its commitment to the “Framework Agreement” signed on 3 August 2015 between the Government of India and NSCN/GPRN.

In a press release signed by Rokato. A. Sumi, Secretary Sumi Region, GPRN stated that “the Sumi Region National Workers held a meeting at Zunheboto Town on 30 June 2026, chaired by Ino. Bokato Kinimi, Deputy Kilo Kilonser, Sumi Region, to strengthen the regional as well as the Central Administration within the Government.

“During the meeting, the following resolutions were unanimously adopted in support of the NSCN/GPRN:

1. We unanimously reaffirm our unwavering support for the present Collective Leadership:

Ino Q. Tuccu, His Excellency, Yaruiwo;

Ino Tongmath Wangnao, His Excellency, Kedallo;

Ino Th. Muivah, Hon’ble Ato Kilonser; and

Ino V. S. Atem, Hon’ble Deputy Ato Kilonser.

2. We fully support the proclamation made by His Excellency Yaruiwo, Ino Q. Tuccu, at the Hebron Council Headquarters on 18 June 2026, declaring that we shall stand firm until the end and never surrender to the Government of India.

3. We reaffirm our commitment to the Framework Agreement signed between the NSCN/GPRN and the Government of India on 3 August 2015, and remain steadfast in upholding its principles.
