Kuki Students Organisation Acknowledges Tangkhul CSOs

The Kuki Students Organisation has expressed immense gratitude to Tangkhul Katamnao Saklong, Katho Katamnao Long and Tangkhul Shanao Long for facilitating safe passage of Kuki school going children studying at JNV.

The statement stated “the Kuki Students’ Organisation sincerely thanks Tangkhul Katamnao Saklong, Katho Katamnao Long and Tangkhul Shanao Long for facilitating the safe movement of Kuki JNV students from Shokvao.”

The acknowledgement issued by Media and information, KSO-Ukhrul added that “the students were earlier evacuated from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Ramva by the Assam Rifles due to security threats. Their timely support ensured the students’ safety and well-being.”

“We believe this humanitarian gesture will serve as a positive step toward restoring peace and strengthening harmony in the conflict-affected Litan area” added the statement by KSO Ukhrul.
