Samson Jajo: Wherever I Am Posted, I will Work For The Greater Cause of Naga Nation

“Wherever I am posted, I will work for the greater cause of Naga Nation” stated Captain (Retd.) Samson Jajo, outgoing Central Administrative Officer (CAO) of NSCN- Wung Tangkhul Region (WTR) on Wednesday during the handing and taking over programme at Ukhrul Headquarters.

Samson Jajo, outgoing Central Administrative Officer of Wung Tangkhul Region in his speech expressed gratitude to the senior leaders of NSCN for reposing their faith and their trust in him.

Samson Jajo appealed to the senior and everyone in Wung Tangkhul Region to support the incoming CAO for smooth functioning and dispensation of his duties as the CAO of WTR. He urged the people of Wung Tangkhul Region to extend maximum cooperation to the incoming CAO of WTR.

Samson Jajo earnestly appealed for peace and harmony in the region, and acknowledged the vital role played by Tangkhul CSOs and community leaders including the church elders. He thanked the people of the Tangkhul community and the various departments of NSCN operating in the Wung Region for their proactive support during his stint as the CAO of Wung Tangkhul Region.

Pastor of Ukhrul Town Baptist Church, Rev. Remember Rimai said a special prayer for the outgoing and incoming CAO.

Incoming CAO Caretaker, Philemon Phungshok (Deputy Kilonser) expressed gratitude to God for the blessings and guidance. He immensely thanked the leader of NSCN for the vision and sacrifice. “I never dreamt of becoming a CAO. I joined the movement to serve the Naga nation” stated Philemon Phungshok. He appealed to the people to extend their maximum cooperation as he dispense his duty in the days to come.

The programme was attended by various Tangkhul CSOs and all rank and files of NSCN from Wung Tangkhul Region.
