DLSA Ukhrul To Organise Legal Awareness cum Painting Competition For School Students

The District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Ukhrul will be organising a Legal Awareness cum Painting Competition for School Students under NALSA (Child-Friendly Legal Services for Children) Scheme, 2024 on 14th October, 2025 at 11:00am at Ukhrul Headquarters.

The competition will be held in the following three categories:

1. Safe Childhood, Bright Future – Class IV to VI

2. Say No to Child Marriage, Yes to Education – Class VII to IX

3. Together Against Child Labour and Trafficking – Class X to XII

The information issued by Kimneingah Kipgen, i/c Secretary, DLSA Ukhrul stated that “50 students per category will be admitted on a first come, first serve basis. Interested students are required to register at the Front Office, DLSA Ukhrul (at Mini Secretariat Complex) during office hours from 6th October to 11th October, 2025.”

Students are advised to bring their School Identity Card at the time of registration. Cash awards will be given to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prize winners in each category. Certificates of participation will be issued to all participants. The organisor will providd all painting materials.
