Joint Survey NH102A -Koso To Khambi Village

The office of the Deputy Commissioner/CALA, Kamjong District on 26th August, 2025 had issued an office memorandum directing all concerned departments to depute responsible officials for rectification or re-verification of structures for package 1 of Shangshak-Tengnoupal (NH-102A) road from Koso to Khambi village starting from 1 September 2025 onwards.

The office memorandum issued by Rangnamei Rang Peter (IAS), Deputy Commissioner/ CALA, Kamjong stated that, “consequent to the discussions of the meeting held on 22.08.2025 at 12.30m p.m. in the office chamber of Deputy Commissioner, Kamjong regarding rectification/re-verification of structures for package 1 of Shangshak-Tengnoupal (NH-102A) road from Koso to Khambi village, a joint survey will be conducted starting from 1st September, 2025 onwards.

“All the concerned department officials ( EE, NH Division 2, PWD, Manipur, Forest, Agriculture and Hort & Soil Con.) are requested to coordinate with Smt. Nimmi Azingwungshi Khamrang MCS, Sub-Divisional Officer, Phungyar and depute responsible officials for the said exercise and submit action taken report to the undersigned.”

Package 1 of the Shangshak-Tengnoupal road (NH-102A) is a project to widen and improve the road from Km 0.000 to Km 38.700 into a two-lane road with hard shoulders, located in the Ukhrul and Kamjong districts of Manipur, India.
